I’ve founded ventures, run last-mile logistics hubs, supervised inflight catering for major airlines, and led delivery trains across PL, Kosovo, India, LATAM and Sub-Saharan Africa. That operator background is the point — I’ve been the founder cashflow-stressed at 2am, the ops lead with a missing pallet, and the PM trying to recover a slipping release.

Academically, I hold an MSc in Business Administration (Business Development & Promotion) from HSLU Lucerne and a BA from Reichman University. I’m certified PMP®, PSM I™, PSPO I™ and PAL I™, with CBAP® pending early 2026. Native English, working German, plus Afrikaans, Hebrew and conversational Dutch.

I work from Winterthur, Switzerland, with a Swiss B permit and the calendar flexibility to be on-site in Zurich, the EU or further afield when an engagement needs hands on the table.

What founders usually ask.

Are you available for fixed-scope projects or only retainers?

Both. Most engagements start with a two-week diagnostic on a fixed fee, after which we agree on either a milestone-based project, a fractional retainer (usually 2–4 days/week), or a hand-off after the diagnostic if the brief doesn’t actually need ongoing support.

Do you work remotely, on-site, or both?

Both. Default is remote with a recurring on-site cadence in Zurich and the wider EU. Beyond Europe, I travel for kick-off, mid-engagement reviews, and steerco moments — and have done so across LATAM, Sub-Saharan Africa and the US.

How small is too small?

If you’re pre-seed and bootstrapped, we can usually find a structure that works — a short advisory engagement, a venture-building sprint, or equity-flavoured arrangements where the fit is right. The work has to be real, not theoretical.

Can you bring a team, or do you work solo?

Solo by default. For builds and larger deliveries, I bring in trusted specialists (developers, designers, BAs) from a curated network — billed transparently, never marked up. You always know who’s on the engagement and what they cost.

What does an engagement typically cost?

The diagnostic is a fixed fee. Beyond that, fees scale with the value at stake and the cadence agreed. I’ll quote against a written scope after the discovery call — not before — so the number reflects your actual situation rather than a list price.
